Leah Wedul Maragos
Since founding People Growth Solutions in 2017, Leah has been a trusted advisor in talent consulting. She draws on over two decades of global leadership experience at some of the world's most influential companies - including Meta, Fannie Mae, Microsoft, and Accenture.
Throughout her career, Leah has led the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent and performance strategies, shaping career frameworks, competency models, and change readiness initiatives across diverse, global workforces. Her leadership extended to learning and development, where she oversaw curriculum design, global delivery, and vendor partnerships, ensuring scalable, high-impact learning experiences. Her work consistently drives organizational growth, cultural alignment, and leadership excellence.
Leah holds dual master's degrees in human resource development and educational psychology (counseling and personnel) from the University of Minnesota, along with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kenyon College. She is certified in a range of industry-leading assessment tools - including Hogan Assessments, Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B, and MBTI - and is also a registered 200-hour yoga teacher, bringing a holistic perspective to leadership development and coaching. A passional curator of both work and home environments, she thoughtfully sources distinctive pieces from vintage shops and garden centers to elevate and inspire her spaces.
